On March 8th, we celebrate International Women's Day, a day to honor the achievements and contributions of women worldwide. As we commemorate the strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit of women everywhere, we recognize the women within the Texas Hill Country Bank team who continue to make a positive impact. In celebration of their consistency of purpose and exploration mindsets; our leaders share their advice for growth, and who they admire as they help shape the future of our community.

If you could have dinner with 3 inspiring women, who would they be and why?
Mother Teresa, Queen Elizabeth II, and Marilyn Monroe! Can you imagine having dinner with a woman that dedicated her life to caring for the poor and ill, a woman who was constantly in the public eye, leading and contributing to charities, taking care of her family, and married to the same man all of those years, and a woman that was beautiful and tough, and never cared what other people said or thought? Oh, the things I could learn….
Who inspires you?
Malala Yousafzai – She is a Pakistani Human Rights Activist and Nobel Prize Laureate whose wisdom exceeds her age, and she speaks with conviction and eloquence. She lives with the knowledge that her life is constantly in jeopardy.

What is mission-critical for entrepreneurs and leaders to do to achieve their goals and grow?
Use the tools to stay the course: determination, perseverance, willpower, tenacity, and most importantly, KEEP A SENSE OF HUMOR.

Loyal, trustworthy, and funny
What are your favorite hobbies?
Motorcycle riding is #1. I love the open road and getting wind in my hair! I also enjoy reading, and entertaining.

If you could have dinner with 3 inspiring women, who would they be and why?
The three inspiring women I would love to have dinner with would be Jackie Joyner-Kersee, olympic track legend, due to her determination and grit to never stop or give up, Barbara Walters, journalist and news anchor, due to her to dream big mentality and willingness to never give up on someone, and Rachel Hollis, author and speaker, due to her work ethic and willingness to help women be honest with themselves and see their full potential.

My two older sisters, Jeanna Gray and Sonja Gray inspire me everyday to be the best person I can be. They have so much drive, determination and are very passionate about their jobs and family.
